Daniele is a Certified Rolfer and massage therapist. Originally from Connecticut, she went to Oberlin college and studied Environmental Studies. From there, she moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. She opened and ran a private massage practice for four years before attending the Rolf Institute in 2006, where she became a Certified Rolfer. Daniele loves the philosophy behind Rolfing, a holistic system of structural integration. Within this system, she manipulates soft tissue, releasing tension and strain to balance and realign the body. By doing structural integration, Daniele addresses the underlying causes of chronic pain. Daniele moved to Portland in 2009 and feels she has finally found home. Outside bodywork, she loves Pilates, rock climbing, cooking and gardening.
