Molly’s practice has been greatly influenced by extensive study with illustrious five-element practitioner David Ford. She views the body as a garden with its own unique landscape and ways of creating balance. Molly uses this awareness to help clients understand their bodies and minds in both well and challenged states. The “elemental” lens brings depth (and humor!) to Molly’s work.Molly combines Zen Shiatsu and CranioSacral treatment with acupuncture. She believes bodywork helps people relax into a deeper healing space. She enjoys working with clients’ emotional and spiritual challenges, along with the myriad physical symptoms that can accompany these difficulties. Helping people relax into their circumstances allows them to discover new levels of awareness and insight.
