Dr. Aimée Bonneval earned her doctoral degree in Naturopathic medicine and Masters of Science of Oriental medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her six years of education, she completed three internships, including one focused on general medicine, one in the management of chronic illness, and one working with patients suffering from traumatic brain injuries. Upon graduation, she completed a residency at Kwan Yin Healing Arts Center, focusing on gastrointestinal health and reproductive medicine, under the supervision of Dr. Ilana Gurevich and Dr. Stefani Hayes.
Utilizing a combination of Western and complementary medicine, Dr. Bonneval offers a patient-centered approach. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is happy to offer most primary care services while providing treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
Dr. Bonneval views her role as a physician to educate patients, providing them with choices regarding their care while empowering them in their unique health goals. Her practice employs multiple modalities to treat the root cause of illness, including clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and acupuncture, as well as conventional therapies. She is also a trained practitioner of The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy ®.
Dr. Bonneval entered the field of natural medicine through a love of plants and nature. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, listening to live music and spending time with friends and family.
