Since 2001, Kwan-Yin Healing Arts Center has been serving the greater Portland area with integrative medical care.

On June 25, 2026, we will close our Northwest Flanders location. The Northeast Sandy location will continue normal operations through July.

Beginning August 1, 2026, the Northeast Sandy clinic will continue in the same location under new ownership as the Nourishing Life Collective. Some of the Kwan-Yin providers will be continuing to practice at the Northeast location under the Nourishing Life Collective, which is a short drive from the Northwest location and has easy access off of I-84. Medical records will be transferred to the Nourishing Life Collective for continuity of care.

Many of the Kwan-Yin medical providers will move their practice to a new clinic location and they will contact you directly with updated information and any changes to future appointments. Our clinic front desk will maintain a record of where providers will be relocating to. Continuity of care will be facilitated, including transfer of relevant medical records where appropriate.

The Nourishing Life Collective has agreed to serve as custodian of all Kwan-Yin Healing Arts Center medical records. Until July 31, 2026, you may continue to request your medical records from Kwan-Yin Healing Arts Center. After July 31, 2026, you can request your medical records through the Nourishing Life Clinic. Detailed contact information for the Nourishing Life Collective will be available on our website in July, and will be shared in a future email.
