Dr. Kathryn Kloos, ND

My practice offers a unique fusion of naturopathic medicine and advanced bodywork specialized to support women's bodies. As a naturopathic physician I use herbs, biotherapeutic drainage, homeopathy and nutrition to help the body eliminate wastes and restore balance.  Because each woman is unique, I customize each treatment plan to support the highest wellness of mind, body, and spirit.

I love working with pregnant women and practice Arvigo Techniques of Peri-natal care, which can greatly enhance conception, optimize pregnancy and birth, and support healing postpartum. Whether you are trying to conceive or you are pregnant and want additional support in having a healthy pregnancy and delivery, I would be honored to help you on your path to giving birth.

With over ten years of experience as a massage therapist, I bring you hands that listen to your body and help you gently unwind deeply held tensions. Especially for women, I offer Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care which have shown to be effective for a variety of conditions including but not limited to: incontinence and pelvic floor weakness, PMS, fibroids, painful intercourse, fertility challenges and re-aligning the pelvic bowl. I know what it's like to have pelvic pain and have gravitated towards these healing modalities because I have experienced personal relief from them. It would be a great honor to accompany you on your journey towards healing, transformation, and growth.

Naturopathic Medicine, Arvigo Techiniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™, Holistic Pelvic Care™

Holistic Pelvic Care™

Holistic Pelvic Care was created by Tami Kent, a women’s health physical therapist who succeeded in creating a gentle and effective way to physically, emotionally and energetically restore balance the pelvis. Using breathwork, guided imagery and gentle release of tension patterns held deeply within the musculature of the pelvis this work aids in strengthening core muscles, improving sensation and improving overall well-being in the pelvis. Holistic Pelvic Care is especially helpful in the post-partum time to resolve symptoms such as pelvic musculature weakness, pelvic pain and unresolved feelings around birth-trauma.

Conditions treated by HPC™ – pelvic pain, fertility issues, urinary leakage, cesarean recovery, uterine prolapse, pelvic heaviness or instability, and pain with intercourse.
